Together we will look at whatever aspects of your life that you want to focus on. For example, you might want to work on ways to manage anxiety and depression or develop coping strategies for when you feel overwhelmed. You might want time to reflect on relationships, bereavement, looking at the direction of your life – the list goes on. Never underestimate the power of someone coming alongside you and being truly listened to.
I am qualified to work in many areas of counselling, such as anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship issues, burnout and trauma. Much of my work is in my areas of special interest, which is with Mums, parent carers, people who care for someone else, and people who are going through the experience of having a Transplant. I am a Counsellor for people from all over the UK online on Zoom, or face to face in Totnes, Devon.
