Together we will look at whatever aspects of your life that you want to focus on. For example, you might want to work on ways to manage anxiety and depression or develop coping strategies for when you feel overwhelmed. You might want time to reflect on relationships, bereavement, looking at the direction of your life – the list goes on. Never underestimate the power of someone coming alongside you and being truly listened to.
Much of my work is with Mums, parent carers, people who care for someone else, and Counselling for people who are experiencing anxiety and depression. I also have a special interest in supporting people who are going through the experience of having a Transplant. I am a Counsellor for people from all over the UK online on Zoom, or face to face in Totnes, Devon.
